- Cancel 72+ hours before your reservation: Full refund minus $29 booking fee.
- Cancel within 72 hours: Charged one day’s rental + taxes and fees.
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: Charged full reservation amount + taxes and fees.
- If you book for someone else and they don’t rent, you are responsible for cancellation fees.
- All reservations are subject to these policies—even those made inside the cancellation window.
- If you fail to provide a valid driver’s license, insurance, or payment method, cancellation terms still apply.

- Must be 21 years or older to rent or drive.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
- Credit or debit card must be placed on file.
- Rental agreement form must be signed.
- $200 refundable security deposit required.
- Same requirements apply to additional drivers.
- Delivery available within Surfside Beach, TX only.
- We do not deliver or rent past Treasure Island.
- Expect a 30-minute delivery window (e.g., 9:00–9:30 AM for a 9:00 AM slot).
- Your golf cart key will be placed in the cup holder after delivery.
- Please provide the exact address of your house or hotel when booking.
- You may not cross the bridge at Treasure Island.
- Carts must stay within approved beach zones.
- Following these rules ensures safe, legal, and valid use of your rental.
- Each cart seats up to six adults comfortably.
- Do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended capacity.
- All passengers must be seated with feet inside the cart while moving.
- Yes, our carts are street-legal in designated areas of Surfside Beach.
- Each cart includes headlights, taillights, mirrors, seatbelts, and turn signals.
- Please obey all posted signs and local traffic laws while operating the cart.
- Yes, you may drive on the beach within approved areas.
- Crossing the bridge at Treasure Island is prohibited.
- Stay on marked paths and follow local beach traffic guidelines.

- We’ll troubleshoot the issue with you over the phone.
- If needed, we will deliver a replacement cart as soon as possible.
- Yes, extensions are possible based on availability.
- Contact us as early as possible to secure additional time.
- Additional charges may apply based on the extension duration.
- Gas carts are delivered with a full tank and must be returned full.
- Electric carts must be charged nightly with the provided charger.
- Returning a cart under-fueled or uncharged may result in a service fee.
